Been cycling too frequently and not eating that healthy and notice that I have become slightly underweight now. Is there a way to prevent myself from going too low while still enjoying cycling?
I would find out how much your burning vs how much your consuming . This too happens to me ( not to say I’m mad at it ) I don’t mind being on the lower end of things but that’s neither here nor there. Perhaps bring some dates with you to. Consume during your ride, make sure your consuming enough before and after your ride and before bed so you can replenish before bed
