How would you describe your diet?
I didn’t love to diet but i do eat nutritious foot and avoid fats and sugar
Well it is like having a healthy lifestyle
By eating nutritious foods,drink a lot of water, have a 8-10 hours of sleep, exercuse regularly, and having a good personal hygene
If you are healthy then you are fit as well
My Diet is mostly Fruits and Veges with very little protein. I usually skip breakfast and have salads for Lunch. And Dinner is when I get my protein sometimes.
