Keto diet, Do you follow it?

Interested in seeing if any other avid cyclers follow a Keto diet and what their experience has been

I personally don’t follow keto. I don’t see the point long term it’s pretty crappy. I enjoy my sweet fruits and easy digestion and brain clarity from my glucose :grimacing: keto is just way too slow burning for me plus there isn’t much variety I don’t know anyone who would want to eat high amounts of fat all day long when you can have juicy watermelon on a hot summer ride or nice cold coconut water . Not for me .

It can has benefits in ultra endurance sports as well in losing weight, but it is not recommended for high-intensity sports.
